Optional Coverage for your Peace of Mind

As governments increase revenue raising programs, your risk of audit may increase. Even if you receive a “No Change” audit, the process can be time consuming and expensive. Our Wrap Around Audit Coverage, wraps around your tax returns and is an outstanding hedge to minimize your exposure!

We provide audit representation services for clients whose tax returns we prepared and others. Those services are provided under our standard engagement and billing procedures. Wrap Around Audit Coverage is only available for tax returns we prepared and is an opportunity to "Hedge" against your costs.

Generally, your tax returns are “Open” for audit for a three year period beginning with the date you file your tax returns. During that “Open” period we will:

	Respond to all inquires on your behalf.
	Represent you and support all tax positions
	Travel as necessary to audit conferences
	Advise you of the issues under audit and your options
	Advise and assist you with the appeals or mediation process
	Re-produce your tax returns and provide documentation
	No impact on our guarantee. If we made a mistake, we will do what it takes to fix the mistake and will pay any related penalties and interest.
