Michael’s career began in 1980 as a cost accountant, leading him to the position of Cost and Budget Manager for a multi-hospital system and to a Controllership for a physician organization where he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. For six years he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a regional entrepreneurial physician staffing organization. He developed a physician billing company that generated over twenty million dollars in revenue with a staff of sixty-five billing assistants, managers and accountants. His responsibilities also included financial and tax responsibility for twenty-five multiple state corporations. As significant healthcare changes were imminent, he successfully led the negotiations for the sale of the company to a National competitor.

This diverse financial and tax background, coupled with the recognition of the serious need of small business owners for a single source of diversified solutions, led to the creation of Small Business Financial Solutions. The mission of Small Business Financial Solutions is straightforward, Effective, personalized financial and tax solutions for small business owners, Executives and Professionals. Michael offers an unparalleled variety of tax, financial, investment, family business retention, and wealth building services. He has been in practice serving Montgomery and Bucks County small businesses since 1987.

Michael believes that Effective solutions emanate from the hands on experiences of your endeavors. He currently owns & operates several other businesses with his wife, serves as the Managing Partner of an Investment Partnership, invests in real estate and has served on the Board of Directors of a regional bank. These hands on experiences have provided Michael with a thorough understanding of small businesses, financial issues that challenge Executives and Professionals and a solid foundation to develop effective solutions.

Michael is a lifetime resident of the Delaware Valley and a resident of Montgomery County since 1982. Michael has earned the following professional designations,
